How do I update my Registry profile?

If you need to edit your First Name or Last Name you will need to contact the Registry staff, so they can assist you in making that change. 

To update your name or email, please contact the Registry at Email Support, “chat” Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the Registry website (www.caregistry.org), or call us at 855-645-0826.

Update Personal Information

You can edit passwordcontact information, self-reported educational information, and demographic information.


  1. Log in to your Registry profile and click on Edit Profile on the upper right hand corner under your name OR select Return Home, then click  “View/Update Personal Profile”. 
  2. Click on Edit on the Profile Editor.
  3. Make sure to click Update Account Info at the bottom of the page when you are finished with edits.

You can also go to "My Tools and Settings" in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, and you will be able to make edits in the Profile Editor on "My Profile."
