I am trying to request Employer Administrative Access but my employer or FCC name is not available when I search "Employment." What should I do?

If you cannot find your organization, school, or site when requesting Employer Admin Access, contact the Registry and include site name, address, and license number at registryemployeraccess@ccala.net.

Please upload a copy of your license or authorization letter on your profile, "My Documents" and select "Proof of Administrator Documentation," so that the Registry can continue to process your request (see the How to Upload Documents video).
