When you upload documents to your Registry profile, your document enters a processing queue, and is not immediately verified. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the upload date for us to process your document.

If you received an email about a document that we are not able to process and verify, the email will state why the document could not be verified. Additional information may also be available in the document's Description.
To view your documents, go to "My Tools & Settings" on the left-hand tool bar and click on "My Documents". Look in the left-hand column for the document number (Doc ID) noted in the email. If your document was flagged for follow up by one of our staff, you will see a status of "Action Required" in the Status column.
To resolve any identified issues with your document (missing name, missing date, etc.), please upload a corrected version of your document to your profile. Staff will delete the incorrect version and inform you when processing is complete via email. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks to process your new document.

You can delete uploaded documents if the documents have not yet been verified. You can also "Hide" documents from your Employer - to have greater control of your personal documents.
