What if my training is starting and I do not have the Zoom link or it does not work?

Training organizations post trainings and provide the link to online trainings. To find the link for your training:

  1. Login into your Registry profile and check your notifications on the upper right-hand corner of your profile. OR ...
  2. Search your email to find the training confirmation email, which should include the link for the training. For reference, confirmation emails are sent from cfmail@caregistry.org.

Check your training confirmation email for training details (see image below). 

 

To view a list of trainings you have enrolled in, login to the Registry and click on Training

Calendar and My Training Events.  Click on the "Start Date" to view training details.

 

The enrollment page (see image below) provides Event Address, Event Notes, and Training Contact information.  

1. Check the event link in Event Address

2. Check and see if there are instructions in the Event Notes

3. Training Contact information is listed.  Call them for assistance.
