Registry participants edit their personal information on “Tools and Settings” on "My Profile."
Registry staff can edit your name, if you have had a name change.
If you have a discrepancy concerning a training, you will need to contact the agency that provided the training to resolve the matter. Instructors or training organizations, that offered the trainings, will confirm participation and award training hours (they can give partial hours for the portion of the training attended, if their policy allows for partial hours).
ECE Employers with Employer Admin Access can verify your employment, upload your documents, and enroll you in trainings. Registry staff updates the participant’s profile with the course work, permit, and training information as supporting documents are uploaded by the participant on "My Documents."
