On the login widget, there is a link that says “Forgot Password? Click here.”
Select the “Click here” link next to “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email address in the pop-up box (the same email address as your username). A password reset link will be emailed to you within 30 minutes. If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM/Junk email folder.
If you still have not received your email, go to "Support" or “Live Chat” at the bottom of the website and request assistance or go to Contact Us. It could be that your email address was entered incorrectly when you created your account, your email service may have blocked the email from the Registry, or you have a different email address on file.
